Welcome Party — Casual

Dress comfortably for an evening outdoors.

Ceremony/Reception — Formal

Dust off your tux if you have one, or wear your favorite dark suit. Wearing a dress? Any length is acceptable, and comfortable footwear is encouraged as some of the event’s proceedings will take place outside on grass.

Transportation

Shuttle service to and from Stonover Farm will be provided at each of the hotels with room blocks on Saturday and Sunday. All guests are encouraged to take advantage of the shuttles, as parking will be limited at the venue that day.
